causes and effects of poverty in the Greater Bristol area.
BCO is a private nonprofit Community Action Agency serving the young, the elderly, the handicapped, and economically disadvantaged individuals and families in the Greater Bristol Area.

Certified Public Accountants (CPA's) from the Connecticut Accounting Aid and Services (CAAS) will be available to file Federal and State Income Taxes for those who qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC). To schedule your appointment, please call (860) 584-2725.

BCO will be closed Monday February 20th in observance of the President's Day Holiday
